NIEP conducts need assessment as well as defines and implements projects related to education, health, and livelihoods of vulnerable groups including women, children, elderly, and people with disabilities regardless of their race, color, creed, national origin, religion, gender, sex, age, and disability.

With advocacy and through the human rights vision we attempt to create or change policies, laws, regulations, distribution of resources or other decisions that affect health, education and livelihood of vulnerable group and to ensure that such decisions lead to implementation of Sustainable Development Goals emphasized by United Nations General Assembly.
